About Scroll Saw Hobbyist

Scroll Saw Hobbyist is an independent website for people who enjoy scroll saw woodworking, from complete beginners to hobbyists who sell their work at craft fairs.

We publish practical guides on choosing patterns, wood and blades, and overviews of pattern collections and other products. Our aim is to help readers decide before they spend money, which is why we point out who a product is not for and mention free alternatives.

How we write

• We say clearly whether we have personally used a product. If we have not, the overview is based on publicly available information, and we say so.
• We do not publish fake reviews or invented testimonials.
• Some links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure.
• Power tools can be dangerous: always follow your saw manufacturer's safety instructions.
